iStandOut processes information needed to operate institution accounts, learning environments and platform services.
Information we collect
Institution and administrator details; teacher, learner and parent/guardian account information; academic and practice records; communications; transaction references; device, session and security information; and content supplied through the platform.
How information is used
To provide account access, tenant isolation, administration, learning, assessment, communication, reporting, support, security, subscriptions and permitted platform analytics.
Student and children’s information
Institutions are responsible for registering learners lawfully and controlling who may access their records. iStandOut limits learner information to authorized institution relationships and roles.
Payments and service providers
Payment and other specialist services may be provided by third parties. iStandOut may exchange the minimum information needed to complete those services. Payment-card details are not intended to be stored by iStandOut when handled by a payment processor.
Cookies and sessions
Cookies, authentication sessions and similar technologies may be used for sign-in, security, preferences, practice access and reliable operation of the iStandOut app and its PWA experience.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data. Records are retained for operational, contractual, security and legal needs and may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Access, correction and deletion
Users and institutions may request correction of inaccurate information or account closure, subject to authorization, contractual obligations and records that must legitimately be retained.
International use
The platform may serve users in more than one country. Institutions remain responsible for local requirements that apply to their learners, staff and operations.
